Works fine for what it does, but does not give enough control over the types of backups. It basically does ONE type of backup - a full backup, followed by no more than 14 incremental backups, then it starts a new full backup, etc. That requires either (a) a lot of extra disk space on your destination drive to hold all the full backups, or (b) deleting older backups sets which THORWS AWAY your history... if you delete the backup sets from 2 months ago to make room on your drive, you lose the ability to restore an older file from that time period.
Other solutions give far more control over the types and schedules of backups, allowing you to maintain versioned file history as far back as you wish.
