    Bought this one to replace a business PC. I was aware of the reviews about the case fan and bought it anyways. It is louder than I was expecting it to be. Reached out to Geekom support and requested if there was a firmware update and how to flash the firmware tutorial. They provided both. I recommend using online videos to help learn how to update the system if the tutorial does not make sense. The fan was silent after I completed it. Took less than five minutes overall. Now, I only hear the fan when I play 4K videos. It stays quiet when watching 4K YouTube videos though.

    Best feature is how fast it boots up too. Less than 3 seconds and the mini is ready to begin working. Excellent system for a work PC, HTPC, or light gaming PC, as well.

    Got the Mini IT12 (i7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Win 11 Pro) on Feb 27, 2024. Set up was very easy even though it took almost 2 hours for Windows 11 update with fast internet. Purchased to run 4 IP security cameras using Blue Iris. It is working flawlessly, fast, and practically no fan noise as some users complain. The 1TP internal SSD is super fast as compared to my Microsoft Surface Pro 8 (i7, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Win 11 Pro). The Read is 2x faster (4 MB/sec) and Write is almost 4 times faster (4.4 MB/sec). Using a 4K monitor/TV and the display quality is very good.
    The Surface Pro 8 stutters when using Google Earth. The GEEKOM Mini PC IT12 runs the Google Earth flawlessly while still operating my 4 High Resolution IP Security cameras. MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro work without any issue.
    I am really impressed with the performance of this Mini PC. No more skeptical of purchasing a Mini PC. The MS Surface Pro 8 cost me $1,000 as compared to $500 for Mini PC with 2-4 times better performance. Every component in this Mini PC is working flawlessly and far superior over my MS Surface Pro 8 that I own.
    I will update as the time goes on regarding long term performance of this Mini PC.

    This is my second ever computer, and honestly, it works so much better than what I was expecting. I've had no issues whatsoever at the fault of the computer. It is able to run pretty much anything I've tried.
    I would not reccomend high graphic quality on modern games if you use it for that, just due to integrated graphics (most good graphic cards are twice the size of this whole system).
    For people who don't know
    12th Generation Intel is much better than anything before it, as could be assumed. But after 12th gen, the fixed a very big security issue.
    Also, DDR4 RAM is better than DDR5 RAM because DDR5 causes frequent crashes. This PC has DDR4.
    1TB storage is practically endless, 32GB DDR4 RAM is pretty nice (Nintendo Switch has 8GB RAM, So about as powerful as 4 Nintendo Switches).
    Overall works very well. I've been using it for playing Tetris, Modded Terraria, Geometry Dash, and Halo (C.E. Anniversary, 2 Anniversary, 3).
    I'm able to consistently run Geometry dash at 240 FPS with no issue, 360 works, but the computer gets a little more warm than I'd like it to. (I like keeping it at ~room temperature, not much higher)
    No real heating problems so far. Again, it runs everything I've tried very smoothly. Haven't run into any issues quite yet. If I do, I'll make sure to edit my review. I hope this helps, have a nice day everyone!

    Just received a Mini IT 12. Works great and on my desktop BUT the fan kicks on full for any load. Even just sitting idle with no apps open. Already changed the bios to quiet mode. This makes it start out silent but the fan kicks on after a minute. I would return this if there is no fix. Hope their support can help me.

    Update: After only about a day Customer Service reached back out to me, my fault as I contacted the wrong group. They provided a BIOS solution to install and it works!! Now I can't hear it under normal load and while surfing or watching videos.

    Great little machine , capable of playing Halo albeit not at the higher specs.

    For surfing and every day, it's almost instantaneous. Boots to Win 11 in maybe 10 seconds.
    I'll update again if anything changes but I like this.

    This computer set up easily. I plugged in a keyboard, mouse and two HDMI displays and it powered up and started the configuration setup. It was surprisingly smooth to get up and running. It is quiet, and fast. It is very compact and should support 4 displays but I am only using the two HDMI ports. I am using it near Ham Radio receivers and do not experience any receiver noise from the either the computer or power brick. Two thumbs up ????????
