Update: At least Anker stands behind their product. They reached out on their own initiative and replaced both units. New units have all outlets wired in the correct polarity. So I take back what I said about it being a design flaw, but it appears that some units made it out with that defect and my original ones were part of that bad batch. Do use a $10 outlet tester or a multimeter if you have one and check just in case though. It's best to keep electricity only to where it's expected. As a bonus I got to test the power delivery discharging the old units for shipping. Both units held 2350W output rock solid for the half hour or so getting down to 25% charge, so that spec checks out. Original review of the reversed polarity units below for posterity:
-------------------------------------------------
Good specs for the price: LFP, GaN, capacity, and power delivery. However as several prior reviewers have noted, they reversed the poliarty on the NEMA 5-20R outlets while the TT-30 is wired correctly. I have two units, both with the same issue, so it definitely seems like this is just a literal design flaw on Anker's part that affects every unit, which I can't believe they haven't rushed in a correction on their assembly line yet after a couple of months of reviewers noting the issue. If you look up the NEMA diagram on wikipedia, you'll find that when you're looking at the outlets with ground at the top, both the 5-20 and TT-30 should have live on the left and neutral on the right. Well, when it's plugged into the wall in pass though mode, the 5-20 has a reversed live and neutral.

While devices shouldn't care about the polarity in normal operation (they just need the 120v delta between live and neutral which the inverter does seem to do a good job supplying), you run into hazards especially with simple appliances that often only switch the live wire. For example, if a cheap toaster only cuts off power using what it thinks is the live wire, if you make the neutral live, the heating coils inside may be charged even when it's off. So if you jam a fork in there when it's off, now you've just touched live 120v AC.

Now, this will still work with a bonding plug (only use a bonding plug when it's disconnected from the wall) as the inverter simply supplies voltage to whichever leg is not being pulled to ground, but as noted above since the TT-30 and 5-20 outlets are wired opposite of each other, no matter in what state things are in at least one outlet will have the wrong polarity, short of cracking the thing open, voiding your warranty, and fixing the wiring. That Anker's engineers couldn't spend 5 minutes to look at a diagram on wikipedia before writing assembly instructions for what I imagine is a multimillion dollar assembly line doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their competence.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome device for camping, power outages or using as a UPC for computers or other devices

This is awesome. It's very expensive, but relatively compared to other batteries of this capacity, it's a great value!

I use the F2000 2048 Wh battery system combined with (2) 200 watt and (2) 400 watt solar panels to charge my Tesla Model 3 using sunlight only...

On a good day, i get about 950-1050 watts of solar input (Max on battery is 60v at 20a or 1200 watts).

This is incredibly good compared to other mfgs.

This means that on a good sunny day, i can charge my car for about 7 hours, at about 5-6 miles per hour using a 120v and 12amp charging cable, because with the 1000 watts of solar coming in, i am only pulling about 350 watts from the battery at any given time. so at this rate, the battery lasts for about 6-7 hours.

This means i can get 25-40 miles of charge PER DAY from just the sun, and this makes it possible to charge my car while i am camping or when the power is off.

This is a great buy, but wait until its on sale and it's an even better value!

I’m not a prepper, but I do like to be prepared. This unit is the second system I’ve owned having returned one made by a popular competitor. I’m glad I did. This runs my refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine… you name it!
I’ve tested with just 200w solar, it charged well in full sun. But it charges amazingly fast from standard wall outlet. I also like that you can control the charging wattage. This helps when using a timer (as I do) to periodically charge the unit while in storage.
The build quality is outstanding, just like all Anker products.

Okay, where to start? First off, this "Anker PowerHouse 767" isn't a device - it's a beast - a real beauty in the world of battery power stations.

I've named mine "Zeus" because let's face it, this baby churns out energy like a god. So, I guess that makes me Prometheus, stealing fire and bringing it to my electronics... or maybe I'm just a dude with too much free time, either way, this powerhouse is a force of nature.

The product description says it can output up to 2300 watts. For you non-engineering types, that's a whole lot of juice. Like, "light up a small town or charge a T-Rex-sized robot" level of power. Frankly, I was skeptical, until I tried running my jackhammer with it. Yes, you read that right, my JACKHAMMER. Because why have all this power if you're not going to use it to break some concrete?

To my astonishment, Zeus didn't even break a sweat. The Anker PowerHouse 767 chuckled at my feeble attempt to challenge its might and continued QUIETLY humming along with the grace and composure of a ballerina on steroids.

While most people might use this to power their camping trips, I've decided to redefine the game. Why should the wilderness have all the fun? Now I bring Zeus to all the party circuits. I literally carry an entire club's worth of power in my trunk. DJ running out of juice? No problem. The bouncy castle is deflating? Child's play. The neighborhood blackout? Call me the neighborhood superhero!

Who knew that power could be so portable and personable? Not me. I bought this on a lark and now I’m the life of every party, the savior of every blackout, and the king of random jackhammering. If life gives you a chance to buy the Anker PowerHouse 767, you take it.

I must caution, though, with great power comes great responsibility. I wouldn't recommend trying to jumpstart the sun if it ever goes out (NASA, take note!). Also, Zeus might not fit into a standard Christmas stocking. (Believe me, I tried.)

In all seriousness, the Anker PowerHouse 767 is fantastic. Its performance is nothing short of electrifying (pun totally intended) and the reliability is unmatched. I'd give this thing 6 stars if I could. Buy one. You won't be disappointed. And if you are, well, maybe you just need to find a jackhammer.
