Follow these steps
- Trim hair
- Clean skin thoroughly
- Apply one hour before activity
- Rub to activate adhesive
- End on skin, not on tape
- Don't stretch ends
- Don't rip off
How to use
To apply
- Clean area and apply before exercise.
- Pull backing 2-3” from end of tape and remove from end of tape only. Without stretching the tape, anchor the end of the tape to the skin and rub to activate adhesive.
- Stretch the center of the tape over the desired area.
- Anchor the final 2” of the tape to your skin without stretching.
- To remove: Pull the tape off in the same direction as the hair; use baby oil if necessary. Single use.

It’s not attractive but it works if you replace every day or 2.
It can stretch out tho.
No idea if the copper works.
