    Due to distance learning, this was the second Anker Mars Pro II projector we purchased for our kids. We didn't want them staring at a computer monitor for long periods of time. The projector is small but the display is clear and perfect for what we need it for. Now we use the projector for their online classes and watching movies on weekends.

    After using the product for a month or so, problems started arising. We had issues turning the projector on and it would randomly turn off. Initially, I wanted to return it on Amazon, but instead, decided to contact customer support. Customer service emailed me back promptly with a solution to the problem. Unfortunately, the solution didn't resolve the issue. They immediately took the initiative and offered to send a replacement projector. The entire process took about two weeks, and it was easy and painless.

    I would highly recommend this product both due to its quality, performance, and customer service.

    The projector arrived and when I started it there was already some questionable behavior with powering on. It stayed alive just long enough (while plugged in) for me to connect to my wifi and do 1 test and then it died after 10 minutes. Complete garbage. If you read online this is common for these Mars 2 Pro units. I'm just glad this one died within the 90 days. I would not risk it with these at all since their idea of refurb is pretty relaxed.

    I used this for giving presentations on a cruise in daylight conditions, and it was up to the task. Autofocus is great having sound was a nice bonus.

    Things that could be improved: I wish it would charge via USB-C rather than needing a brick. Also, it has no zoom - so you have to get the projector's placement just right. The remote as a bit fidly as well.

    But for the price, it's a great projector for travel - it does everything and you don't need a computer attached. I found an Android app that played PowerPoint presentations and never needed to hook up anything except a USB stick.

    This a very compact projector, the sound is good, the image quality is very good. The only thing I dont like is the mouse on mobile device app. It is useless. However, there is a way around it, Everybody should BUY A WIRELESS MOUSE AND CONNECT IT TO THE PROJECTOR. that way you use it like a laptop. IT WORKS PERFECT WITH THE MOUSE.

    This a very compact projector, the sound is good, the image quality is very good. The only thing I dont like is the mouse on mobile device app. It is useless. However, there is a way around it, Everybody should BUY A WIRELESS MOUSE AND CONNECT IT TO THE PROJECTOR. that way you use it like a laptop. IT WORKS PERFECT WITH THE MOUSE.

    I purchased the Nebula Mars II to have movie nights outside this summer and it has worked perfectly. Projected up to 120" without any loss of quality or brightness, and even works inside the house in moderate lighting. The built-in speakers are surprisingly robust, though I connect them to a separate bluetooth speaker most of the time.

    I had some issues launching certain apps that required Google Play Services and was directed to contact their support. I was helped the same day with upgrading my device to their beta firmware and it resolved my issues immediately.

    You cannot use YOUTUBE and other STREAMING APPS with this product. Basically the only way you can stream is connecting via HDMI with your laptop, if you want to use this projector without a laptop, you will only be able to use a few streaming options such as Netflix. I have been using the product for a few weeks now, and the image is great, sounds good too, but very restrictive regarding streaming options.

    I hemmed and hawed over this purchase for a long time, but I’m so glad I finally went for it. Movie nights at home feel extra special now. I’m not deeply knowledgeable about tech specs, but I do know what looks/sounds good, and this little projector does the trick. It’s definitely not possible to watch during the daytime in bright light, but works great at night.

    The battery would not fully charge and did not hold charge well. Returned but still haven't received my refund. It's been over a month now. Status says waiting on item to be returned but UPS confirms the product was delivered 2 days after shipping. Please provide the refund. I already purchased the nebula II as a replacement.
