Ordered from Europe on the Amazon US website as this was the best deal I could find, even after shipping and taxes it still came out to cheaper than buying locally.

The product was packaged very well with a lot of packaging foam and expanding foam to keep the components in place during the long trip.

Everything worked as expected out of the box and benchmarks checked out. A US to EU plug adapter was used on the PSU wire as I didn't have a compatible one. The PSU is rated for 100-240v so using it in the EU was not an issue.

They also threw in a membrane keyboard and mouse in the package. The device also has Bluetooth built-in and the Wi-Fi adapter seems to work quite well as well.

I should also note that bloat-ware is quite minimal on this device which is nice. Had some issues with conflicting RGB applications controlling the lights together and creating unexpected behavior, as the device comes with 3 RGB programs pre-installed, but apart from that no issues.

The media could not be loaded.
 This thing is a beast it's been good to for the two weeks I had it so time will tell, worth every penny, the packaging was good nothing was loose or damaged, it was easy to set up to my monitor, and all the games I downloaded so far run perfect, graphics look good I just have to push it some more to see how much this pc can take but I love it so far. This is my first PC ever so I'm still learning as the days go on but this is a good beginner PC I highly recommend.

I am skeptical with pre built but I needed one in a snap as my custom build from 5 years ago had a memory leak and bios crash that wasn’t worth updating so within my budget I needed a PC to stream content, create content, and game with. I asked several of my community member their thoughts on this build and aside from the RTx 4060 va 4070 debate it was generally favored. I bought it. Got it really fast, unboxed, it was clean and well put together. Thought ok let’s fire it up, update it, reinstall programs etc. About 3 hours later I’m ready to go and damnit man am I impressed. Seriously if you’re looking for a PC and you’re a gamer you won’t be disappointed but not only that it’s well built from the ground up with room to expand upon and honestly I may not make another custom PC I might have these folks just pre build me them I like it that much.

Before I start my review, SkyTech Gaming's customer service is fantastic. Andrew S sent me an email with detailed instructions and videos on how to troubleshoot the issues I had with my computer, and I don't think the people who work in areas outside of actually making the computer are responsible.

However, I purchased two computers from Skytech and both of them had issues. The computer I purchased for myself worked fantastically with no issues until a week into owning the PC where it crashed over and over with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT blue screens. I followed customer service's advice, but still my computer would not work. On top of that, other people have had the exact same issue with this specific computer, and the problem still isn't fixed. Additionally, the parts used for the PC other than the processor and graphics card were dirt cheap and outsourced from countries where they mass produce low quality RAM and SSD's. I've seen other people leave poor reviews and talk about these issues going back months and they still haven't been solved.

The entire point of getting a prebuilt PC is to avoid having any issues where you need to mess with the hardware. But I was advised to reseat my RAM, graphics card, AND power supply which is a lot of work for a computer that's supposed to come ready to use.

My other issue is for this listing in particular and reflects on Amazon and not on SkyTech. I purchased a NEW computer, but received a used computer with scuff marks and an opened box with an Amazon Warehouse label on it. If you are going to send a used computer without stating it clearly anywhere and then raise the price of the listing $500 dollars so you can't purchase a new one, that is blatantly taking advantage of folks who have saved up to purchase this computer. At this time I do NOT recommend purchasing this or any other computer from SkyTech, especially since their older models also had major issues with them that weren't solved in this updated model.
