I teach part-time at a state college, and my old HP laptop was having issues, so I found this one on Amazon and I was drawn to it for a couple of reasons... A TB of storage, and a lifetime subscription to Microsoft products. Here is the "read the listing carefully" part.... 500 GB is on the internal storage and 500 GB is on an external drive. I mis-read the listing (my fault) thinking it was 1TB internal SSD and 500 GB external. That's on me but it had me confused when the product arrived because there was not an external drive, and also no MS license activation key, so I thought they had shipped me the wrong device. The seller was very responsive... they sent me the MS license key, and also told me the external drive would be shipped to me separately (it did take a couple of weeks for it to come after I had received the laptop). So, the only feedback I provided was to make things clearer about the external drive being shipped separately, and that the seller would be sending the MS license key (and how it will be sent). Otherwise, I am happy with the product and the response by the seller.
