After receiving this item, my daughter and I built a couple of sleds to mount on these rails and were very pleasantly surprised on the easiness of how well the slides work on these rails. Top notch product and if you can build your own sled for your router, this item will save you hundreds of dollars.

Lost part, but good product

Parts were damaged and 1 block missing when received. Please send me 1 slider block to replace the damaged one. Need this overnight. The product It looks good meets my requirements other than the damaged slider. Wi be ordinary g again for next project if I get the replacement part.

Missing a bearing/poor packaging

The rails look heavy duty. 1 has a nice warp in it though and doesn’t sit flat. The 2200mm package only came with 3 bearings. There looks to be a “bearing size” hole in the box that was delivered by UPS.
The item itself looks well made but the packaging isn’t great. Not sure that’s why one of my 1500m rails is warped or if that’s a manufacturing issue.
15/Aug2023- Received a reply from the company. They are sending out a new part. Not sure if that will be a rail or bearing, but very pleased with their support.
24/Aug/2023- Due to the beyond excellent customer service, I’m bumping them back up to a 5 start. As stated earlier, the rails and bearings look to be great quality to start with.

I thought the base of the rails would match the width of the sliding blocks.
Not so. Could be I didn't look close enough at the available pieces.
What I did build with the pieces I purchased works great.

Poor Machining

Hefty metal and a great price but machining is so sloppy that the base does not sit flat and the rail is bowed. Not a single drill hole has been chamfered and so there are significant burrs everywhere and that is probably the reason it is neither flat nor linear. This is supposed to be a precision peice - it should at least lay flat and not have visual bows. It also just generally appears used and banged up. And the shipping was terrible - box was torn open. The packaging is just not appropriate for a product this hefty and something that is supposed to be precise.

UPDATE. Ordered a replacement set and while the packaging and machining was slightly better the rails still aren't anywhere near straight. They are so bowed you can see the problem without a straightedge. I find it hard to believe there are any positive reviews.

Surprizingly precise

I took a gamble and bought the cheapest rails amazon had to offer (these) and they turned out better than expected. Very straight, and only one wobbly carriage, which I expected and had already bought quality bearings and spare carriages in case there was a lemon or 4. No perceptible play in the other 3 carriages, for this price point The value is insane. Dont let those gatekeepers on cnc forums tell you you have to drop 500 on name brand rails! Just be ready to send back for replacements if they don't test out well.

Definitely heavier then expected

Box in shipping was fine. No issues. No missing parts. They don't glide as smooth as had hoped, I adjusted the tension and some are smooth and others not so much. Overall, I'm using it to make a vertical drawer slide and it should do the job.
