This is one of the tastiest veggie burgers I had ever tried and it can be stored for a long time when you open the top correctly. I opened it the wrong way so it needs to be stored in the fridge, but still it has not lost its flavor. I am a veggie burger eater, so this is PERFECT! I make thick burgers with this so I can have 19 to 25 burgers... still cheaper than buying the already made veggie burgers from other brands. I do 1/2 cup veggie mix and 1/4 up of water to make thick veggie burger instead of two smaller burgers. It is filling and my body took it well.One day I will try it in the air fryer to test it. I cooked with oil which is so messy for me.
I am so looking forward to buying another can next month. This is perfect for individuals with autism who are vegetarians. Easy to make and with air fryer easy to cook. I am going to try to cook one later on using the air fryer to see how it takes to it.
The taste is great and it is easy on the stomach, which is something the autistic tends to have stomach issues and vegetarianism is a life savor... in so many aspects. Less mess to clean up, no nasty smells, the texture is easy going, and it is just cleaner all throughout.
