Tommy couldn't afford to get arrested, he probably thought he'd be lucky if he got a warning, what he gets is more than he bargained for.

This is quite accurately marked as a quickie, with little time for back story, character development, or even a real understanding of the cop to emerge, this is a scene in which two strangers have a chance encounter.

I do agree with the review that said some of the positions seemed awkward, but by them I was trying to figure out if these characters exist beyond the moment in time when we see them, or not.

I didn't find this story sexy, hot or interesting. The action was fast-paced but the positions didn't really make sense to me. True, I have never had sex on a public park bench at night but still. I was just happy when I finished the story.

The quickest way to get an STD? This short was stupid to the inth degree. So stupid in fact, that it should be deleted from Amazon.

Tommy is a very horny gay man hasn't been laid in a while. He had often heard that a certain Park was the place to go for gay men to find other gay men and have a good time. So he decides to try it out. Going there, he thinks maybe that wasn't such a good idea. It was dark and the possibility of robbers scared him.
Then all of a sudden someone yells out "Freeze". Thinking it was a robber, Tommy waits and watches. When he looks over his shoulder, he sees a handsome, well-built police man, Officer Coleman. Tommy tells him that he's not there to cause any trouble, he was so lonely, he had to take a walk and light one (weed). The officer goes over to a bench and has Tommy set next to him. The officer tells him "I'll forget about this little incident of yours, but you've got to give me something in return". The fun begins...Hot Sex, Pleasure, Excitement...
The officer then pulls out his handcuffs. Tommy responds, "WTF are you doing?" Seeing Tommy's been seen with weed, the officer feels the need to punish him with his night stick. Just a little fun...The officer walks away. Tommy lights up and wants another officer!!

Author/hunk Jamie Lake has successfully been writing long enough to have more then fifty best selling novels to his credit. In a very refreshing manner Jamie explains that his novels and novellas have pieces of him in them – not memoirs but shared like situations and experiences and relationships and hardships and exhilarations he has known. As he states, ‘I’ve been there, done at.’ Now settled with a solid relationship and is at that point in his life where he can support himself with his writing career! With his looks he could easily step into the cinema realm and succeed there, too.

Even Jamie’s choices for book covers are classy and seductive, but once he starts writing his true talent becomes apparent – not only as a superior erotica craftsman but also as a sculptor of credible characters. For instance, when a writer can grab our attention in the first few paragraphs and keep us with him the way Jamie does in this very brief story, we know he is here to stay: ‘Tommy knew he shouldn’t be doing this -- walking in the park this late at night. But he was horny and hiding the fact he was into men from his parents night after night was getting to him.
He’d heard rumors that this park was one of the best hook-up spots for men who liked other men. But now as the cold night air blew shivers through his light blue jacket, howling between the trees, he was starting to wonder if maybe it wasn’t such a good idea.

Danger? In a way. A cop approaches Tommy and in a few brief pages there is a sexually charged engagement that is 100% erotic. Jamie wastes no words: they all are explicit and descriptive, producing some of the steamiest scenes imaginable. And he does it with such class. Grady Harp, May 16
