Worth the Wait!

I have been happy with this from day 1. It is very easy to step up ( not that constant plug, unplug, turn off the breaker, stand on your head gymnastics to get it in paring mode). Also works seamlessly with Alexa to start. Towel was very hot. Two things that would make it better but not a deal breaker - hinge lid and essential oil slot.

This warmer works great. I am happy with the size and heat settings. It is not bulky, bust still fits 3-4 towels, or a blanket inside. It heats the towels up really quick. I am glad we chose this one.

What makes this towel warmer so convenient is the ability to program it or start warming up either your bath robe or towel as you press the snooze button. Depending on how often you press the snooze on your phone like I do, this unit has a timer for up to 60 minutes that you can control right from your phone.

Originally got this as a Christmas present for my wife, now we fight over it. The size is perfect and sits out of the way. This towel warmer replaces the one we currently had and didn't like because you could not control it via Wi-Fi. This is why this one is perfect along with the price.

This warmer is giving well-made, lightweight, WiFi-enabled and game-changing comfort vibes! I bought the first one in May 2024. I just ordered a second one for my guest bathroom. I use it for towels and pj’s but also for warming throw blankets. It’s like getting a much-needed hug. Highly recommend this this warmer as it warms towels efficiently and is a really nice size / capacity. There are lots of these products available but the features that really set this one apart are the Wi-Fi connectivity and the portability - this has a nice handle, is lightweight and very easy to move around the house

Front button stopped working

Originally loved this product. However, we have had it only since October and the front on off button no longer works. If has to be controlled strictly through the app and for safety we have started unplugging it must of the time. Which negates a lot of the blue tooth features.
