I can’t say enough about this sweat band! It’s comfy and firm fitting not bulky! When I work out or go for walks it helps remind me to hold in my diaphragm and keep my stomach in while I’m exercising. Very good product! I plan to buy a second one soon just to wear around the house! I sweat so much more around my mid section which is my trouble spot

It really does last long the last time i bought it was a couple years ago and i lost it so i needed another one. One thing i will say im super sad about is that when i first bought the item it came with this small tube of the sweat paste. Oh how i loved that thing it worked so well and lasted me a while. But in this package all i got was the waist slimmer ugh i really wanted it this time! I was waiting for it????but i do love this product i will tell you if you want a slimmer waist bundle up add sweat pants and leggings to your run maybe a sweatshirt and thermal long sleeve and you will sweat what you need within a mile. That’s how i lost weight using this and it gave me a really nice figure!it also comes with this small mesh bag i use it to wash it in the washer machine and i hang dry so it helps to last longer but if you hand wash it that might be better but more time consuming

Fits nice and definitely makes cardio workouts a whole lot sweatier. I ordered a small and medium and the small fits better. The medium was too much wrap around. I am a 4-6 for reference. May be too structured for certain workouts like yoga but great addition to walks, runs, etc.

Super easy to keep clean too! And great quality overall.
