My bertazzoni products are absolute junk. And I have them all. We purchased the whole shebang, dishwasher, refrigerator, 3 wall ovens, stove top, hood. The only items that haven't seen a repair man is the simple stove top and range hood. Every thing else has seen a repair man at least once or twice. The fridge has had the ice maker replaced. Steam oven has been pulled out of the wall 4 times, broiler element was falling apart, boiler replaced, 1 of 2 pumps replace the first week of owning it and a tripped temp circuit, Speed oven 1 once for a tripped temp overheat reset, main oven for temperature fluctuations. And finally the dishwasher for the 3 rd time, and e4 error code out of warranty. These products absolutely suck. i wasted over $35,000 dollars thinking it would be cool to have all the appliances match. I will never own another bertazzoni product. And now I need to find a sucker to purchase them from me so I can get some reliable appliances with a great loss to me. FYI bertazzoni does not have any way to rate their products on their own website. Should be a clue that they really don't give a crap.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased from this brand. I am in the US, and this is an Italian brand. The cooktop came damaged, and it took Bertazoni 5 months and 4 deliveries before they even sent the correct part. After that, the temperature in the oven would not stay as set. The appliance store I bought this from was excellent. They then replaced every part that had antying to do with temperature control. it worked for a bit, and then it did not. Currently, the oven is not working, waiting for parts AGAIN! DO NOT BY FROM THIS BRAND! I have talked to management at Bertazoni and they refuse to take the product back. They have control over this decision, not the company where I purchased it from. They refuse to do anything about this experience and their horrible product.

Do NOT Buy this Bertazzoni!!! We've had nothing but problems with both our gas cooktop and electric oven. The service department was unresponsive at first, then finally responded to us after several tries. The oven temperature is over 50 degrees off. Had technicians out 3 times to fix and replace parts with no luck. Then one day the entire oven stops working and it's one month past their 2 year warranty and Bertazzoni won't fix it. For the price you pay, this stuff should last decades, not 2 years. The gas flow and ignition process on the cooktop frustrates the heck out of me and visitors to the house can't light the burners unless they figure out all the tricks.

Don't buy anything from Bertazonni! Their customer service stinks and their products are junk. I've been waiting four months to get my stove fixed.
Before that I fought them 6 months to get another issue fixed with this stove.
They lie and lie and tell you they will get back with you but never do. I give this stove and Bertazonni -100 stars because they are the worst.
