    Packaging was real simple, came out easy. Set up is pretty easy. It’s really quiet. Small size but the power is strong. Don’t put a lot of heavier weighing clothes like jeans unless you wash it by itself. Smaller clothes like underwear, socks, rags, and baby clothes cleans perfect. School clothes wash well. Don’t over work it, not too many loads after another. The motor will burn out and stop spinning. Not too much clothes inside like shirts or pants. It puts too much pressure to spin and will possibly damage it. The spin cycle is okay. If not on properly, it will make a rattle sound. The washing thought is amazing! My kids love it. I love it. Definitely recommend this product and will possibly purchase again in the future. Will update if things change

    Sucks not worth buying spinner baskets too small washing is good but the spinning part is just crap The machine shifts and shakes when trying to spin

    9/26 -
    The unit broke. I’m really disappointed as this did a great job washing clothes but it’s just not durable.

    The bottom agitator during washing stopped moving. You could hear the motor clicking to change directions but the agitator was no longer spinning.

    Customer service offered a replacement or a return. I opted for a return because I don’t think the unit is durable.

    The single knob is a little confusing to work, but the spin cycle to dry clothes is One Direction and to wash clothes the other direction. The drainage hose is a little short.

    It does a fantastic job, washing the clothes and draining the clothes. I would say it gets the clothes about 70% dry.

    One of the reviews talked about that there’s no agitator there’s definitely a small agitator at the bottom and then the sides of the washer wall have indentations for the clothes to push against to remove dirt and it does a very good job removing the dirt.

    Make sure when drying the clothes you only put a few pieces in the time and make sure that they are balanced within the drying bucket. Otherwise the machine will dance and make lots of noise. This does not happen if you balance the clothes in the drying basket.

    I would buy this unit again and it definitely saves you some money from going to a laundromat if you only have a little bit of clothes to handle.

    I got a new born baby and laundry for her cloth is more time sensitive and demanding. We couldn’t afford to wait and save enough dirty clothes for the large washer at home. So I got this to wash baby clothes almost everyday, it’s pretty easy to use.
    Came in as one piece and just needed to plug in and latch the water tube. It’s pretty light Ang easy to move around.
    It was able to wash the clothes clean, but probably the baby clothes were not super dirty.
    The confusing part is the water level, it is barely visible Ang doesn’t have the low/medium/high level as said in the menu, instead only min/ max.

    It leaks from the top and from the bottom .. when the drain hose is not it use, water travels up the hose when doing a wash and spills out
    Use it where you won’t have water damage .. I have to wipe down my kitchen counter and floor from water overflow after each use
    It does wash a decent amount of clothes

    I followed all of the directions, did not overfill the machine, and from the very first use there were plastic particles coming off, it’s getting too hot and melting the plastic in the bottom of the washing area away. Unfortunately, I didn’t open this and use it until after the return window so I cannot return it. Super bummed.

    Did not come with adapter for faucet. Hose did not last attempts to set up. Had to buy adapter and another hose before could use it. Finally able to use, managed to use 3 times only. Can only spin 2- 3 very small items at a time. Washed t shirts, had to spin one at a time.
