I love how easy it was. He was a little grumpy unable to accept that it’s ok to give into love.
Glad they found each other. I just love reading those short stories. Sometimes I need a break from the longer books and these short stories help break that time up. Instant gratification.

This was a nice read. If it wasn’t for Daisy the monkey getting out of the pen, Reid and Mackenna probably wouldn’t have met. Otherwise it was a great read with a happy ending. Looking forward to the next book

I really enjoyed reading this story. I enjoyed their back stories and the slow neighbors to more, interactions between them. Loved the epilogue!

The story felt like multiple books mixed together, too many storylines compiled. There’s the trope of the curvy virgin and grumpy older man. The abandoned child/foster care, the stalker like man obsessed with said curvy V.
We went from him being rude to a few text, to ignoring, to bedding-far from believable. And, hard to connect with the characters honestly. The writing is a bit juvenile until the heated scenes, they don’t mesh well together. I’m glad I only downloaded the one book.
