Good luck trying to call them, the numbers are all fake or disconnected. I doubt that you will get your money back AND you will never get your files back, they are all tagged with this software's extension. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR SOFTWARE IT IS A RIP OFF. IT DOES NOT WORK. IT DOES NOT WORK. I hope that Amazon takes this crap off of their electronic shelves. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. Even a dummy like me can convert a file!

The first file that I converted was an ODT to PDF. I had never used this program before, and it took me about fifteen seconds to successfully convert the file. Most of that time was choosing the correct file to convert.

Mostly worked, when it did not, I only got a message of "Unknown Error", that was it!

Overall, the product was able to accomplish the conversion, most of the time. One might ask, "Why not a five?" The reason for not a five was due to the files it could not convert (same PDF format) and only provided a message of "Unknown Error" and nothing more.

Will not register, it will not work after the trial period

It worked great until the trial period ended. Then when I tried to use it again it wanted to register. I went back to the original purchase and put the registration number in but nothing. it still won't work and there is no refund system here. So dont buy find something else or you will loose your money.

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP

I should have read the reviews. It would take less time to print out a pdf file and manually type it into Word than try to fix the output from this converter. Useless. It does not recognize punctuation, throws in extra lines between sentences, puts a line feed at the end of each line so that trying to run Word Review style and grammar is futile. Would rate it as a -10 Star. Just threw away $35+.
