Kudos to The Children's Place for recognizing that not all children are the same waist size. The button elastic adjustments make it possible to quickly ensure a perfect fit. These khaki slacks are a great choice for little girls.

Waist band is not very adjustable.
Used the size chart and ordered correct size and could barely get the zipper up let alone get the button buttoned. Definitely too long to go up a size. According to size chart the 12 plus would be too big.
