    This breeding protector is perfect for my shrimp! It gives them a secure space to hide and breed, which has really helped with keeping the little ones safe. The tunnel design fits nicely in the tank, and my shrimp seem to love it. Great addition to any shrimp keeper’s aquarium.

    It's built properly and to scale as advertised, but when we put this in the tank our shrimp never really used it. Lately I've been using it for baby guppies to hide in. Definitely can be used for all kinds of sea baby's. Shrimp, baby Guppies, baby crayfish. There's just no telling if they'll end up using it or not, depends on many factors I guess.

    Holes are too small even for the smaller shrimp to use comfortably. I've offset it a little bit from the tank wall so the shrimp can get in through the larger gap. They figured it out after day 2 and a few are huddling in there after I trapped some food inside it. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be, i wouldn't mind a larger version with wider holes. Good size for a 20gal though. Would recommend having other shelters and plants for them to hide in.

    I used this product for my baby fish. They go in it, not a problem. This keeps them safe from the other fish and my ghost shrimp.

    Bought this for my shrimp to have a safe hideout from my sororities of female bettas.. however, one of my more shy and small girls can get into it.
    TLDR: useful as a hideout for small fish and shrimp, etc., but it won't keep smaller bettas out

    I bought this so my shrimp would have a place to hide from the fishies who share their tank. They fish aren't aggressive but the shrimp still appreciate having a place they can get away. Plus, I direct their food into the cave so the fish can’t possibly steal it. The micro pellets fit through fabulously and then the shrimp can eat in peace
