In Love! This is such a great love story. I fell in love with the characters, so simple and yet so deep. Kayla and Liam are the perfect couple. With some inconveniences but with all of Liam's tenacity, they both manage to make their dreams come true.

After running off the road and needing a tow Kayla is greeted by Liam the tow truck driver. They went to school together. Kayla is home but miserable and Liam sees this and asks her out. Kayla is thrilled as Liam only brings her joy where as her father is making her work at his firm and that's not what she wants. She wants to bake, baking makes her happy. Liam sees this and explained to her his idea of allowing her to bake in a place he eventually wants to rent out. Her father cuts her off financially but she doesn't care and neither does Liam. He wants her to be happy. Years later she has a couple of places open and Liam still has the tow company but also a rental business. They have gotten married had gets and both have thriving business but she hasn't spoken to her father. Until one day he appears in her bakery and apologized for being so hard on her but he sees how successful they both are and how he's missed out on so much.
She's glad her husband owns a tow truck company as she crashed her car again and needs to be rescued again. Liam is more then happy to hook her up again and will always be there for her.

A magnificent novella with characters that bring the novella to life it’s also easy to read as well as a great page turner. A perfect steamy romance with a happy ever after ending.
A novella about two people who had a crush on one another during high school reconnecting when the woman has an accident and the man has to go with his tow truck to get her and her car so he can fix it. Even though neither one of them knew about the crush they still fall for one another when they first see one another.
Throughout the novella the couple fall deeper for one another and soon they are in love and they also have to deal with her father who only wants the woman to do what he demands of her as well as not wanting her to be with the man. They have sex several times throughout showing how much they want to be with one another.
It all comes to a head when the father and the woman get into an argument and the father kicks her out. The man picks the woman up and has her move in with him. While she is in the bedroom her father comes trying to bribe the man into letting her go and the woman comes out before they have him leave.
Seven years later the woman is at one of her bakeries with her children and her best friend. Her friend is getting her children ready to go with her to her place when the woman’s father walks in. The woman hasn’t talked to him for a long while, she talks to her mother and lets her come to pick up her children so they can visit together. The best friend leaves with the children and the father goes to the woman giving her a note. After reading the note they talk before he leaves. The woman does some baking before she goes to best friend’s place where they are going to have her birthday party. Before she gets there she winds up in an accident and calls the man who is her husband. The man gets there with the tow truck and before they leave they have sex in the back seat.
The couple agrees that their life is perfect.

Liam rescues Kayla in more ways than one. I am always fond of stories where the MMC always stands up for the FMC and protects her at all costs. This is what Liam does. Love it ????

Kayla and Liam, a sweet story. Her controlling father insists she study finance, she just wants to be a baker. Liam, a mechanic and tow truck driver rescues her from an accident. Things heat up, he sticks up for her against her dad and then there is a great epilogue

Ms. Hart always manages to pack so much story and character into her short stories and I'm here for them. Kayla and Liam grew up in the same town and both had crushes on the other in high school but life happened and they each went their own way. Now Kayla is back in town working at a job at her father's demand, and Liam rescues her one night after an accident. They reconnect but soon after her father makes a demand forcing her to make a decision between family or love. Well written with love, family, and spice.
