    I purchased a lifetime membership. It installed easily and correctly. It stopped working after ONE WEEK. The seller offers a generic message regarding screen-sharing fixes, but I am quite uncomfortable with that.

    The product is fantastic when working. I have purchased 8 one-year memberships directly from the manufacturer with 100% satisfaction and guess I will go back to them. Win some, lose some. Just saw this on Amazon and went with it. My mistake. I usually trust Amazon. Caveat emptor.
