I returned my g16 because my hands would cramp a little after long sessions, and having all the buttons wasn't as helpful as I thought they would be.
I picked this up and couldn't be happier it was lighter, buttons are a great size, and they are easy to press. The low profile switches allow for easy inputs and the ABS material gives a premium feel. The p12 is slighty larger than the G16 and comes with large strips of grip on the bottom of the unit which was awesome for using on my lap. This unit was well worth the money on sale for only $60 even full price at $70+ is still a deal! This performed incredibly well and was very comfortable for me with medium to Large hands.
