This book was life changing for me! I wanted to understand and fight my depression and anxiety! I worked and practiced the techniques in the book, and now I am living a happy and fulfilling life! This book was required reading during therapy where I learned about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and how I could control my thoughts and therefore my moods! I write this so this method may help others! I had random thoughts that I didn't know I could control! I am so happy now, and it is because of this book and the techniques and truths I learned about myself and my thoughts! The 2nd book, "Feeling Good Together," is also helpful and a must read, too!
