I picked up this portable solar panel (30 W) primarily to recharge my 300 W power pack and cell phone during power outages. It did a good job charging the power pack so no complaints there. It did charged a bit slower than wall power but I'm going to contribute that to the panels getting hot from the 106 degree temperature we had that day (Tucson Arizona). Cell phone charged okay so no complaints there as well. I didn't measure the wattage I just compared the charge time to the normal charge time for my power pack.
It seems pretty sturdy, folds up neatly and I'm happy with it so far.
