Update and resolved issue: amazons ATo Z clqims proceedure is bogus, but thankfully the shipper was prompt to respond to all of my messages and resolved the issue by offering to send out a replacement. I thought I was going to have to write off the purchase due to the false statement I received from 4 customer service reps from Amazon regarding the a to z claims process. Thank you SO MUCHFOR UPHOLDING TO YOUR "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STANDARD" .

Company rovsun is the biggest joke. I emailed asking “permission” to return this item and they sent me troubleshooting videos trying to force their product on me. I finally got snappy and they said they would refund it when they received it, they received it and took weeks to refund my money. Not professional at all. I do not recommend, the spinner knocks so hard with only 1 item in there

Not the greatest clothes come out somewhat stiff and wasp cloth and towels come out really stiff and the dryer really doesn't do any good maybe it will with underwear and socks but nothing else 5 minutes just isn't long enough and even when you put a towel in for about 20 minutes cuz you reset the timer over and over again it's still hardly dries it the hose to connect to your faucet doesn't fit around the faucet the lint tray is in the washer and doesn't hardly pick up any lint it ends up in the bottom of the washer oh and even when you add softener that doesn't help either clothes and towels still come out stiff the instructions don't make any sense very hard to understand

I had been wanting to order this washer for a long time but couldn't bring myself to do it because in my home I have a relatively new and large capacity washing machine. What convinced me to finally take the jump and purchase this washing machine was the fact that my son's school requires them to wear uniforms. For me, it is much easier to grab his uniforms and throw them in the small machine than it is for me to throw them in the large capacity one I have. It saves water to use this machine on my smaller loads, like uniforms, bras, delicate items etc. When I use the machine I move it to my tub. I place the washing machine in the tub perched on a very sturdy 4-legged metal table. That way when the water is draining from the cycles I can just let the drain tube hang down and it doesn't require me to do any extra work. Gravity just takes the water out of the machine via the tube and into the tub, and to the drain. I can see where this machine would be amazing for a (smaller) family who doesn't have a large washing machine, and also good for those who can't afford to go to the laundry mat all the time. It would take them a bit longer to do all their laundry but in the end it would save them money. This machine would also be great for RV's.
