I was apprehensive at first to buy a refurbished watch but I heard Samsung was a great brand. I haven't tried doing the feature where you could leave your phone at home but I was really pleased I found a watch that meets my needs and more. I really like that it connects to my non Samsung phone and has great response times. I've only had the watch for a few days but ordered the band when I ordered the watch and it was a perfect match and easy to change with no tools or instructions required. It does make keeping in contact alot easier than keeping up with my phone(which I'm bad about) but it also has that feature to find it. Really comfortable to wear. I like big watch faces so I was worried it wasn't going to be big enough but it's the perfect size.

This product arrived quickly (4 days) it did need to be fully charged and updated twice ???? the watch band appears to be Brand new (possibly aftermarket) also a new aftermarket charger was provided. It's in excellent condition as described. : ) Thank you! ♡ ????♡????♡

I love it, it's just as good as new. The battery life is disappointing, about 1.5 days with normal use, but it's an improvement compared to the active 1. It's good at tracking steps count and workouts. It's not good at tracking steps while I push a stroller, but I guess it's the same with all smartwaches. It looks great and overall I'm very happy with it.

When charging the watch heats up and it only stay charge for 24 hrs. No plug came with the watch. Its just the USB charger and the watch. Apart from that the watch itself work fine.

Watch was poorly packed, lots of room In Box with NO Padding. Watch didn't work upon arrival.

This watch is amazing, it has so much to it. It took me awhile to figure out where to find more faces for the watch but now it's hard to for me to decide which one I like the most. :) I love when it tells me to get up and move, I also like that when I'm working out I don't have to tell it I'm working out, it knows after 10 minutes of moving and then there is a little man at the bottom walking. I didn't want to spend this amount of money on a fitness watch but I love that I can answer calls and talk through the watch and also answer texts. Very pleased with this purchase. It's also not as big as I thought it would be, it looks bigger in the pictures. I have the 40 mm pink gold, renewed, it looks brand new!
