I received the laptop and was immediately impressed with the packaging. It was very secure while en route to my house. It was very easy to power up and begin the set up. Based on other reviews, I chose this particular laptop for my kids to practice typing, learn how to create and submit Google docs, etc (basically a learning computer, no gaming). Once I set it up, it worked great and they were able to go onto it a few times and go onto some of the websites that I had signed them into. After the initial battery charge, I could no longer get that batter to charge it the computer to power up. I tried moving to a different plug in my house but to no avail, it absolutely would not charge.
When I first saw the charger, it seemed like it was “cheap” and would probably not hold up good but I just went with it. After only having it for about a week and not being able to charge it, I decided to return it because I am not dealing with a “lemon” computer.
Oh and when I went to the Amazon customer service, it was very frustrating. So I knew that I was not willing to deal with them on the regular.
