good product, but Nova doesn't honor their REBATES! BEWARE

I've used this product before and liked it, so I thought I would buy the newer version when I upgraded to Vista. I got the product and did everything necessary to get the $20 rebate but NOVA stiffed me! After reading the message boards, NOVA apparently stiffs just about everybody on their rebates. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company will NEVER get my business again....never, ever again! I hope they are happy that they get to keep my $20, I'll buy a more expensive product just so I don't have to buy theirs!

EDIT: I contacted Amazon concerning my rebate and Amazon honored the $20 rebate! Hooray! Amazon is AWESOME!!!!!

i bought this program last week and was very eager to start using it. my first impression was that it had lots of photo editing options, which is great, but the options were not very user friendly. for example, it is not easy to correct a single blemish on someone's face, the program will instead corrcet all of the skin in the picture. the cloning tool is great, but there is no "blending brush" to make certain cloned images blend into the backdrop, you have to choose one of their preset frames that fade the edges of the cloned item. overall the program is a bit picky; you really have to work with it. i think in time once i get more familiar with the product, i may convince it to do what i want:)

I had this installed on an old computer and I loved it! For some reason it didn't want to install fully on my windows 10 computer but after a few attempts to install it, it's working fine!

Horrible Deal

It had four discs. When I put it on the computer it would not load the second because it said I had to have a greeting card program. I don't intend to buy that and I will just throw this thing away. They didn't tell me I had to have anything else to run it. Very discouraged with it and tried calling the support number but they never called back. Will not try Photo Explosion again. And you probably won't post this but at least you will know how I feel. And why Amazon charge me $ 40.98 on my credit card but the invoice that came with Photo Explosion said they only charged me $ 15.09 for it?

Shipped quickly and was reasonably priced but the product itself was not what I thought it was going to be. It did not do nearly as much as I was hopping for. I would not make this purchase again. (not cause of the seller though =) they were great!

Does not work on my computer running windows 10. NO customer support. Not even worth returning. Also ordered the previous version as it had worked on an old computer several years ago. It didn't work either. NOVA knows there is a problem, but sells them anyway. What a rip-off. Mine are going in the trash, unless you want them. I will give them to you for free, but you have to come get them. Trash-can bound!!!
