Was offered Quickbooks 2021. Upgraded all my files. Quickbooks discontinued desktop version in May. I now have to try to restore backups from 2023 and update from manual records. Several attempts at contacting seller. No response. 2020 is not recognizing my password so I can't convert even a 2023 backup for my company. Not happy!
