I was initially skeptical, as reviews of similar lamps often mentioned that the clamp wasn’t sturdy enough. However, this lamp is an exception.

The clamp holds the lamp securely in place, even when you adjust the angle. It offers multiple brightness levels and three different color temperatures.

Keep in mind, this is a night table lamp: perfect for reading with excellent illumination, but not a reflector though. I think it could also work well for small product photography or for tasks like working with small electronic parts or miniatures.

It has an adjustable height of about 12" (30 cm).

Overall, a nice lamp.

After a major accident, I was stuck in a hospital bed for two weeks, and this little lamp was a lifesaver for being able to do stuff like crochet read, and a little writing. It clamps easily onto a table, and it does have three different kinds of white and a dimmer button! It worked really well for a really dim light at night in the hospital room and also bright enough to help me see to crochet and stuff. The on and off buttons are right close to the USB port so they are easy to get to as long as you plug it in close to you. I’ve had it only 2 weeks but I think it will last a while. A solid 5 Stars!
I wrote that first paragraph above back in January and forgot to hit submit. I was going to update this tonight and realize I hadn’t submitted it yet so I will just say I’ve had this lamp now for a few months, and I take it with me everywhere I go. I travel a lot and so many times you have a choice of no light or just overhead bright light in hotel rooms and such. If I could give this lamp tin stars I would it’s just incredible how handy it is and how well it works it hacks easily in a suitcase , and it’s very flexible about where it will fit on a piece of furniture. I know this won’t last forever and the bulb is probably not replaceable, but I really couldn’t live without this little lamp and so when it finally dies, I hope they’re still selling it!

This loses points because the clip-clamp is way TOO strong. I could barely open it because the spring has way too much tension.

The light is nice and bright. The neck is super flexible, and it's something to appreciate. But that clamp, though.... It legit hurt my hands to use, so if you have issues with your grip, this may not be something for you.

The low price does not reflect this product's quality, and my expectations for a utilitarian lamp were outstandingly exceeded. The neck is very strong and holds its shape, I've even strapped a small webcam on it without fear of it dipping due to the extra weight. The clamp is hella strong and once attached to a table's surface, it's not going anywhere unless purposefully moved by its user. The light is bright, versatile, and useful in a lot of settings, not the least of which include intricate model-building and even illumination for webcam use. I want to get more of them to create useful settings such as late night reading, for example.

Bought this so I could read in bed without a big light to disturb my hubby. It’s perfect. Clips on bed frame or nightstand edge. Plenty bright but directed to a small space. Have it in the camper but considering one for the house too!

Given the $10 price I fully expected this product to be cheaply constructed and flimsy, but that wasn't the case at all. The clamp is larger than the ad illustration indicates and is very stout. Some buyers will probably need to use both hands to squeeze it open. The gooseneck is tightly constructed and stays in what ever shape it is twisted into. You put it where you want it and it stays there, period. The three light color settings are as advertised, as is the ten settings of brightness capacity. The light beam is a flood light, not a spot light, it easily lights my entire 3 ft by 6 ft desk, and there are no dead spots or uneven areas in the light pattern. I fully intent to purchase a few more of these lamps. It would be nice if there were a version of this lamp that comes equipped with a normal two prong electrical outlet plug, but that will not effect my rating of the product as I knew it was USB plug equipped when I bought it. I recommend this item as a worthwhile purchase.
