5.0 out of 5 stars I love this PC
Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2024
I've been using a Dell Inspiron laptop since about 2018. I loved that laptop, but it's hardware was quickly being phased out. I wanted to upgrade to something new. I considered building a PC, but to be honest, I just wasn't too interested in parting things out and putting it together myself (though I'm not opposed to doing that, just wasn't in my interest at the time.)

I read a lot of good reviews on this build, and as someone that is at least familiar with reading hardware specs, I thought it also looked like a solid build. I took the chance and bought this PC. So far, I'm enjoying it very much. I game for long periods at a time, and I've had no issues with overheating. The heat seems to come thru the top vent, while the back, front, and side intake air. There is a fan on the top to push heat out, 1 fan in the back for intake, plus 2 more at the front. This PC is very quiet, even during long sessions. There is a light hum from the fans, but nothing that is distracting or annoying. If you wear headphones, you'll never even notice.

My build came with the RTX 4060, and it's been great. I've been experimenting with different games and programs, and this PC can handle just about anything you throw at it. I'm getting 60 fps in VRChat and other VR games. I'm getting very high framerates on just about everything else at high settings. I've run tests on CanIRunIt and this PC can play everything in gaming's top 100.

Boot times are extremely fast. I keep my Windows updated and run regular system scans to keep the OS smooth. I can go from power off to Windows sign in in less than 30 seconds (and this is generous). You won't be waiting long at all to get signed in and working/gaming.

This is a great PC. I've had it for a few months, and I've been waiting to write this review. I really don't have any complaints. It does everything I wanted my new gaming PC to do. I think this is a great PC, and I recommend this build. I think it was worth what I paid for, and I'm looking forward to adding to some parts to upgrade this PC. Good stuff :)

3.0 out of 5 stars Power button failure - CyberPower fan
Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2024
First, I'm a fan of CyberPower PC and I will probably continue to purchase them in the future. I bought 4 CPs in the past, and I was very satisfied with their performance and quality. Recent purchase (this one) came with power button failure (failed after 4 days); PC issues are inevitable, but I felt the urge to share with AMZ community that there is no perfect system that never fails. I could have probably replaced the power button, but I decided to just gor for the replacement (same system) to respect my own personal experience as a genuine customer.

I'll share my return/replacement experience with CP aftermath; will run QC check as well. I have no doubt that CP service is solid, but as this is my 1st replacement, hopefully I can sprinkle some thoughts with CP community to help with their purchase decisions in the future. Cheers.

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointment
Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2024
Received the unit and found the double fan module laying loose inside the case. It was mounted with small junk screws without any support. The entire unit is flimsy and junky. Instructions that came with the unit are poor at best. Very disappointed with the quality and quality control.
The unit crashed 3 times and cannot repair or recover.

    1.0 out of 5 stars Don’t Bother
Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2024
From the beginning, the PC power cord came broken (prongs were folded in and snapped off from slight pressure to pull them out). After that, the performance was okay for one day before the screen flickering started. After multiple attempted fixes to the monitor, the flickering continued which showed it was an issue with the PC itself. Flickering got worse after time to the point where looking at the PC was essentially an epilepsy trigger.
