It is perfectly functional for my needs. Great product. I use everyday. It’s not too thick and not too watery. I also use it to refill my smaller purse container. Easy to do so, it glides right in without pouring over. Great price as well.

It wasn’t packed well and the plastic spout at the top had snapped off. It’s a large bottle of Purell. Fortunately I had planned on pouring it into smaller bottles.

I was so happy to get my Purell today, but the pump doesn’t work. I have tried turning it both ways without success. I’d appreciate any help someone can provide. This was the main reason I bought this because of the pump.
Never mind, as soon as I wrote this I finally got it to work!
