Consumer BEWARE!! Don’t buy from this company. Poor quality with no support. Stepping Stone’s Lightning Trigger does not support their product. I purchase their trigger, second time. I made several attempts to contact Rich the owner without him returning emails and phone calls. The thumb nut binds when I try and tighten the unit to my camera, so the unit continues to fall off the camera. Finally after Rich picked up the phone he told me to use a rubber band to secure the unit to the camera. REALLY!!!!. He said he has labor issues and has to cancel orders and mine would be last to fix and if the unit falls off and breaks that I would have to purchase a new one. Very dissatisfied with this trigger.
