I don’t know why the major US manufacturer of similar ointment (and one that is always in the baby supplies aisle at the grocery) puts FRAGRANCE in their ointment, but it’s crazy! Many of us are allergic to any sort of fragrance and to put the ointment on a sensitive area is just asking for trouble.
The castor oil ointment from Apothecary Basics is GREAT, no fragrance and it’s suitable for very sensitive skin. It doesn’t have any odor that I can smell and it goes on smoothly. Good stuff and it was packed very well, too!
