Simple, fresh, and hearty Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Recipes
SAVORY ITALIAN
- Pesto
- Cherry or grape tomatoes
- Radish slices
- Pine nuts
- Basil leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
SWEET STRAWBERRY
- Strawberries
- Walnuts
- Chia seeds
- Mint leaves
- Sprouts
- Balsamic vinegar
- Cracked black pepper
EDAMAME TOFU TOAST
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 package Mori-Nu Edamame Flavored Silken Tofu, Firm (refrigerate remaining tofu)
- Choice of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sauces, and spices (see recommendations right)
PREPARATION:
- Toast bread to preference.
- With a fork, smash and spread tofu onto each slice of toast, dividing the tofu evenly between the 2 slices.
- On one slice, layer the ingredients from the SAVORY ITALIAN list.
- On the other slice, layer the ingredients from the SWEET STRAWBERRY list.
- Serve immediately with a fork and knife!

MOCHA MOUSSEINGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Put all ingredients into a food processor; blend until very smooth and creamy. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture into 6 small individual dessert cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. |
SWEET GARLIC WASABI DRESSINGINGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. |
STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIEINGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Whip until smooth. Serve chilled. |
