1. Use a wet and dry paper towel to clean the surface of the watch screen
2. Open the package and tear the protective film under the screen
3. Make sure the each holes on the right side, put the rotating button into the circle hole the side of watch into the case
4. Just align the other side and press down from the edge
There you have it. The "wet and dry paper towel" are actually little wipes included in the package, 1 wet and 1 dry for each of the 2 protectors in the box.
I'll add to this after using the cover for awhile.
