I tried to burn a DVD but the product's watermark was also burned throughout the show. I emailed their customer service several times but their solutions were ineffective and I ended up wasting at least a dozen disks. Like Mama said, "You get what you pay for."

Not a happy camper!

Program would not register leaving a watermark on my conversion. After downloading and installing many times, and after at least 7 days and numerous Emails, I was given a different location to download the latest version. It did register and the watermark no longer appears on my conversions. It was too late for me to use this product for my conversions as purchased other software from another source. Probably won't buy software from Amazon in the future.
