Order and delivery were great. Upon installing it, the rear leveling leg broke and I spent 2 days trying to get it out of the cabinet to see what happened. Once that was semi corrected, I did a test run but it goes into error F2(cannot drain). I pulled it out and ran it out of the cabinet with the drain hose run on the ground to eliminate air gap and incline in pump hose. It drains but so slow it goes into error. I removed the filter to see if by chance it was causing the issue, same result. Sears/Kenmore doesn't list this model in their product line and support is non-existent. STAY AWAY from this.

Initial unit receive 6/1 installed and did not run a cycle. Service call seems to think faulty control board. Replacement unit received 6/6 installed with the same outcome. Contacted Kenmore given a run around on them not wanting to register the unit because of Amazon’s lack of what they feel is a proper receipt even though they’ve seen screen grabs of the purchase history. Phone service is a joke, hold times are ridiculous. Seems like canceling Amazon will be the best bet going forward.

Lots of flexibility from having 3 racks and that it is removable to create more bottom space…to having half load washing options! Quiet, efficient, and sleek design is a plus

The dishwasher is stainless steel and looks nice. I like the separate compartment for longer utensils. Very sleek design and set up well. I don't like the locations of the control buttons as they are on the top of the dishwasher door and can accidentally be pushed when opening and closing the door. The price seems a bit high with all the completion out there.

Doesn’t come with power chord, you have to wire it in. Doesn’t come with water supply hoses. They don’t specify this anywhere in the product description

The dishwasher door is very light which is nice. Appearance has a good look. Bottom shelf is a little low. Does a quiet wash which is very nice with little noise. Button cycles easy to use.
