We got this for our daughter to wear as a Halloween costume this year, and she loves it. The sizing is pretty accurate, she's 4.5 and the Medium 5-6 is slightly big on her but should be perfect by the time Halloween rolls around. The kit comes with a ton of princess accessories like jewelry, bags, a tiara, a wand and a completely ridiculous light up fake hair ponytail. Most of the stuff is pretty cheap as you would expect, in fact one of the earrings broke upon trying it on for the first time.

The cheaper accessories don't really matter much though as you're mostly paying for the dress which is pretty nice and intricate looking. The promo image makes it look like the dress lights up but only the ponytail does, which is a little disappointing. It seems they could have at least made the wand light up too like my daughter asked about. Overall it's a nice costume for Halloween or just dress up play, just don't expect perfection.

My kiddo loves to dress up so I thought this would be good to try. She is 5 and about 48 lbs and 46" tall. The dress fit with room to grow and she loved the accessories. It has been worn a couple of times now and no complaints! Easy enough for my kiddo to put on on their own as well.

Overall:

Pros:
Lots of extras (crown, purse, jewelry, gloves, etc)
Top, including sleeves, is stretchy and provides room to grow into
Lights work on both the dress and the hair (the hair was a surprise!)
Includes an extra set of lights for the dress (also a good surprise)
Lights on dress are adjustable
Lights have three modes
Stretchy fabric on top that makes for easy on/off

Cons/Things to know:
Takes a while to get into shape, you have to pull the gold outer layer apart and really work it
Lights up only in the front (kids can't see the back anyway)
Gloves cover the sleeves of the dress
Crown & wand don't exactly match the dress (not a big deal for us, but might be for some)

Unknowns: Battery life, how it will hold up to a washing (I don't think I'll do it in a machine-the gold sparkle wont hold up),

This Light-Up Princess Dress is very pretty. My granddaughter was so excited to see it. She was extra surprised when she saw that it lit up. Not only is this dress beautiful, it also comes with many accessories like jewelry, gloves, tiara, wand, hair, etc. This little princess outfit has everything you can think of. When my granddaughter was all dressed up, she squealed with delight. This dress is a little girl's dream come true.
