I purchased these to make straight lines on audiograms. I'm an audiologist and we hand-write our audiograms, and I have horrible handwriting so by the time I get to the end, where the straight lines come in, my hand is shaking from gripping the pen so hard. I didn't need a full length ruler, just something short and straight to help me make straight lines. This ruler is perfect, and fits great in my pen bag so it's easily accessible and portable. I also love that it's clear, so I can see through it. And it's surprisingly thick, so I'm not worried about breaking it when I carry it around in the bag! This was a good purchase.

The ruler is thick and sturdy so it won't break easily. It's very clear so you can easily see the paper underneath which makes marking a lot easier. I purchased this specifically for journaling and school work. It fits perfectly in my pencil bag and it came with two rulers so I can keep one on my desk as well.

These plastic rulers are perfect for creating straight lines on paper, walls, or your face. While straight is a subjective term it is used here to define the approximate dimension of a line. These little rulers do the trick. I ordered them to stick in my stage manager kit for use with prompt scripts. But heck, you can use them any way you (and your housemates) feel is appropriate. Enjoy!
