Delivery from Amazon was quick and easy. The shipment was slightly damaged on the edge in the center that wasn't visible from the outside of the box. Because this was going to be in a built-in, I wasn't too worried about the resulting dent. I did contact Tylza customer service and Lisa was great to work with. Highly satisfied with customer service!
My space was a little tight, but the Tyzla measurements were correct and the fridge fit into the space. In my opinion, the fridge looks great in the location, but I did take the feet off to make it fit.
Overall, I'm happy with the purchase as it looks great. There is a little bit more noise when the compressor is running than I would prefer, but it is acceptable. There is also a slight popping noise on compressor startup. I'd like to be able to adjust the temperatures a little colder than they are currently set to, but it is within the advertised specs.
Overall, happy with the purchase and would recommend.
