About this item

ADVANCED TRUEGAUGE SCREEN: This battery tire inflator includes updated sensor technology, capable of collecting pressure data from tire inflators at a frequency of 200 times per second. Its valid data rate is higher than 80%, which is 60% better than the market average. Wherever you go, accurate readings help you drive safely.
2X FASTER INFLATION & COMPACT: Weighing less than 1 pound, this portable tire inflator is easy to carry and store in any limited space, such as cars, bike racks, or backpacks. The compressor’s 150 PSI maximum pressure, coupled with its 17L/min airflow delivers 2X faster inflation. It can refill a 195/65R15 tire from 30 to 36 PSI in 1.5 minutes.
LONG RUNTIME & AUTO-OFF: After fully charging, the built-in 4000mAh large-capacity battery allows the car tire pump to refill up to 8 tires (195/65R15) from 30-36PSI. The preset function and auto-off function deliver a hands-free inflation experience. With just one press, the cordless tire inflator will easily inflate car tires, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, balls, and more. (Note: Incompatible with heavy-duty tires, like those on offroad vehicles, RVs, trucks, and trailers.)
EASY TO USE: You can choose 4+N smart modes (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball, and custom) based on your various inflation needs. You can also easily choose between 4 pressure units as needed (PSI, Bar, kPa, kg/cm²). The custom mode allows you to freely preset the desired pressure value (3-150PSI) based on the inflatables you want to inflate.
VERSATILE EMERGENCY TOOL: The bike pump can be used as more than an air pump, it is also a multifunctional emergency tool. The flashlight on the top has 3 modes (flashlight, SOS, and strobe) to illuminate the night for easy operation. The air compressor is equipped with USB-C and USB input/output ports, providing backup power for your phones and other electronic devices.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Portable Easy to Use Inflator

This is an excellent emergency inflation device to have in your car
Works well, is easy to use and perfect for emergencies and regular maintenance
I suspect it might take a while on larger tires (eg Trucks) but SUV tires were slightly longer and no problem
Set the pressure you want, connect it up and let it do its work
The hose could be a little longer but not a big deal as it is so quick and easy to use
One minor issue - I found no way to deflate, so if your tire is overinflated then this device offers no way to correct that. That seems like a software update to me but not a big deal as this is not a frequent problem

4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for my needs.

I live in a rural area. I got the AstroAI to replace a pump that I have had for a while that that is a pain to use as it has to be connected to the two terminals of the car battery to run. I got the AstroAI for use with my small camper and my truck to make sure the tires are inflated properly. It should work well for these small jobs.

5.0 out of 5 stars A nice portable pump to have to fill a variety of items
Reviewed in the United States on July 5, 2024
This pump is powered by a rechargeable battery which is a nice feature. It allows you to fill car, motorcycle, and bicycle tires, as well as sports balls and inflatable toys or mattresses. I tested it for filling a large balance ball and a bicycle tire.

You charge the battery through the USB A port using the included cable. You will have to provide a power source that has a USB C port.

The pump has a short hose with a Schrader valve connector on the end. A photo in the instructions indicated that there was a hose “storage” port on the pump. It took me a while to realize that this meant that you could screw the Schrader connector into the storage port and create a convenient carrying handle. The pump comes with several adapters that connect to the Schrader connector on the hose end and provide a way to fill sports balls, bicycle tires, and other inflatables. There is no place to store these adapters in the pump housing which is annoying because there will be a high likelihood that the adapters get separated from the pump or get lost.

The pump allows you to set a target pressure (either psi or bar) for the device being filled. After starting the pump it will automatically shut off when it reaches the target pressure so you can leave after starting the pump and come back when it is done. The pump allows you to indicate which type of item is being filled. This adjusts some operating parameters of the pump. For example, if you indicate that you are filling an inflatable, you cannot specify a target pressure.

The pump easily filled a large balance ball from empty in less than five minutes. This was so much quicker than using the plastic foot pump that came with the balance ball.

I filled a bicycle tire multiple times to test the pump. The tire was a 700x28c (28x622) tire with a Presta valve. Most bicycle tire pumps have heads which accommodate Schrader and Presta valves. They also provide a press-fit or latch seal on the pump head. With this pump, I needed to use a Presta adapter that leaked too much when using only a press-fit. To reduce the air leaks, I had to screw the adapter onto the pump hose head, and the Presta valve. The valve head does rotate so it is possible to have the Presta adapter on the hose and screw it into the bike tire valve. Starting with no pressure in the tire, it took 1 minute 45 seconds to fill to 90psi (6.2bar) and 2 minutes 25 seconds total to get to 105psi (7.2bar). When the Presta adapter is unscrewed, there is no more leakage than I typically get using other bicycle pumps. I needed to be extra careful when taking the adapter off because it was very easy to pull out the sealing oring that is in the adapter.

While the pump is filling the tire, you see the target pressure reading, but it would be nice to see the current pressure in the time being filled in real time. I could find no way to get the display to show that information. Using an accurate pressure gauge, I checked the accuracy of the pump. It claims an accuracy of +/-2psi. Under 80psi, it was spot on; at 90 psi, it was 1 pound low; at 105 psi, it was 2 pounds low. This is within its stated accuracy, and may have been due to lost pressure when disconnecting the Presta adapter.
Filling this bicycle tire 5 times drained the battery to 1 bar or less than 30% of capacity.

5.0 out of 5 stars Way better than I expected!
Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2024
First off, it's small. It's smaller than my other name brand one, so I expected it to not be as good. As far as I can tell, it's almost identical.

It's easy to use, easy to charge (although I haven't actually had to charge it yet), easy to carry, easy to store in a glove box, and the instruction manual was also better than I was expecting. Definitely a great first impression.

I use it mostly for my motorcycle, and it's a little too big to fit under the seat of my Ninja 1000, but that's to be expected. Not much fits under there at all. I'm not sure a deck of cards would fit under that seat.

It has an emergency light and a flashlight, which I doubt I'll ever use. It can be used as a battery to recharge your cell phone, which I also will probably never use.

It does not seem to be louder than my name brand one, and it doesn't appear to inflate any slower than the name brand one either. It comes with all the adapters you need to fill tires, air mattresses, sports balls, etc.

I do have a couple of minor concerns with it. My first concern is that I'm not sure how accurate the tire gauge on it is. When I compare it to a digital tire pressure gauge that I keep in my garage and have used for years, the readings are more different than I'm completely comfortable with. My other minor concern is that there is no "wall wart" or A/C adapter plug to charge it with. Not a deal breaker for me because my tool box has a built in power strip with 2 USB ports on it, and this inflator did come with a USB cable, so it's no big deal for me. Besides, I'm sure most everyone has one of those adapters laying around somewhere.

Would I recommend this? Yes I would.
