5.0 out of 5 stars So far I love it.

I’ve used a few different brands of portable solar panels in the last few years. So I think I have a pretty good idea on how much power to expect from them in my area. 100w never means you will get 100w. Even on very sunny days. Unless you live someplace like Arizona. They have great sun, but places don’t.
Granted, I just got this yesterday and this is the first day I’ve tried them, but so far it’s better than my last three solar panels. I don’t live in a great area for solar power. Typically, I expect 25w from 100w panel, and that has stayed fairly consistent at this time of year through three solar panels I’ve purchased since I’ve been here. This panel gave me more than double the usual, hitting 60w. That’s amazing considering how cloudy it was today too. They are thinner than I was expecting, but very light. They are big, making them a little awkward for me to move since I’m in a wheelchair, but it’s worth the hassle for more power. This is the first panel I’ve bought with its own stand. I already love that feature. Makes it easier to catch the most sun.
I can’t speak to how long it will last, but it works very well right now. Will try to remember to update in a year to see if they last. So far, they are awesome.

I purchased this to charge my Jackery 300 that I bought about a year ago, so it's not a 300S. I deciede to run a couple of tests, since I read a lot of reviews complaining that various solar panels didn't charge at the rated watts. As a control, I took the 300 down to 70% charge, and plugged it into my home outlet, the battery charged at 81w, and stepped down to 40w at 80%. Again, I took the Jackery down to 70%, set up the panel on a November morning about 10:30 am, clear sky, oriented to the sun, the panel plugged right in with no issues, the battery saw it immediately, and the solar panel charged the 300 at 85w, stepping down to 41w at 90%. The ZOUPW panel charged the Jackery 300 to 100% from 70% about 25 minutes faster than the wall outlet. I didn't see any comparisons in reviews to charging on home outlets, but based on my observation it seems that my battery won't charge at 100w, so that's not the solar panel, it's the battery's limitation. I also covered 1/2 of the solar panel, since I saw reviews for many panels that mentioned if 10-20% of the panel was covered, there's was no charge. At 1/2 the panel covered, charging went down to 40w - less than 1/2 of the panel's stated capacity, but by no means stopped. I'm very happy with this panel's performance.

The panels are well made. They are light enough to be portable with some effort. The supports are a bit flimsy but more than adequate to hold up the panels. They have consistently maxed out at generating about 135 Watts (I'm in Southern California) from Spring through Fall. To maximize output, I adjusted the angle of the panels at different times of the day to be as perpendicular to the sunlight as possible. I also rotated the direction it was facing to track the sun every two hours.

I bought this as an emergency power supply to keep in my vehicle. I tested it twice, once with my small 15K watt power supply that I also keep in the vehicle, and also with my GoalZero 25K watt power supply.

The small 15k charged in about 3 hours (about what’s expected). After waiting a few days due to weather issues, I tried the 25k also. Both worked very well. The picture above is of the GZ power bank, and its input wattage is limited so it didn’t go above what you see on the display, but I timed it to see how accurate the 1.5 hour charging time would be, and it was spot on (it finished about 8 min before, so within tolerable limits).

Another time I’ll test it charging both devices and how well it does with those, but for the loads I’ve put on it, it has definitely met my expectations for a 100 watt solar panel. I would recommend it for small devices. It also conveniently fits perfectly within the ski racks on the top of my vehicle, so if it’s windy I can hold it down with that (some reduction of efficiency using this method is acceptable). Good little solar panel for sure

5.0 out of 5 stars Saved the day! more like ten days!

Was in the middle of nowhere South Carolina when that hurricane came through and was trapped for ten days without power so I ordered this thing and was able to run fans, even watch a little tv all while keeping three households full of phones and gadgets charged by swapping out the car batteries while the sun was charging the other ones and kept them in rotation. Came with a ton of adapters that come in handy for all kinds of old gadgets you lose the power supplies too. Really impressed. It stays on my dock as a trickle charger for boat batteries and works great.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than the other solar panels I’ve bought

When I first bought another pair of solar panels, I realize that the quality that they are made in truly matters when it comes to buying solar panels. The solar panel specifically have great quality all around, especially with the functionality that it provides. The weight that it carries is super light for how large they are and our versatile when it comes to holding onto to all the chords that are necessary. I used it when I went camping and it charged my power station at a fair amount. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
