Initial Setup and Support
Straight out of the box, the ACEMAGIC Mini PC must be restored with a clean install from a USB. My unit came without the necessary WiFi drivers, and I was not able to set up or use the device initially. Fortunately, Ace's customer service was incredibly helpful in assisting and providing the correct drivers, which allowed the PC to connect via WiFi. The unit itself is very solid and completely silent. Its lightning speed enables me to work on multiple projects at once without worrying about lag. I do wish it came with larger storage options and Windows 11 Pro (it comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home), but for the price I paid, I think it's a great value for an i9 processor.
