I bought this is October of 2022. We had a wind storm in February of 2023 and the cover tore in the wind. I emailed the company's warranty department and they said that they would replace it. They clarified that I would need pay for shipping and I would need to add either cover clips or wrap to ensure this does not happen again and even sent me links to both parts on amazon. I am purchasing the wrap to protect it better. I was initially pretty upset about the issue, but am completely satisfied with how they are handling the issue's resolution, or will be once the new cover arrives.

The actual tarp cover isn’t bad for the price. I purchased mine October 2022 and was so using it (with a couple minor taped holes thanks to the dogs grabbing it while I had it out drying) up until today, so nearly 2 years. We had a crazy storm suddenly Come in and because I let someone else put the cover on, it came off. I don’t use the cable because quite honestly it stinks. I bought extra large plastic clips and use them every other post on our 21 foot bestway Steel pool. As long as the cover is taut and the clips are close enough, it rarely comes off. With the cable it came off frequently. After today’s storm, it ripped at a seam so will be purchasing another. It isn’t 100% waterproof but it’s close enough and I don’t mind because I use a small pump to remove water from the top of it after heavy rains. I also keep the inlet open to allow drainage if the water gets to that level in winter. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the cable quality and usability aren’t great.

Installed in the fall, when I opened my pool in the spring it was as clean as when I closed it, it’s worth the extra money

I was going to rate this as a 2, but then I went and took pictures and got angry all over again so I had to give it a 1. Where to start? I have a 30' round pool. However this thing is so big it will touch the ground all around the pool. It is massive (way bigger than a 30' round pool so I am sure it must have been sent by mistake) but very thin and cheaply made. I bought it in September and just put it on, so I am past the return date. I have the wire cinched as tight as I can get it, but the wind still gets under all that extra over hang and pushes the cover up. I can not imagine this thing will last throughout the winter without getting blown off. I snapped 30 of those plastic pieces around the edge to try and keep it on, but the wind is just pushing the cover up and they are falling off. In addition, the cover is so cheap and thin that when I placed many of those cover clips they tore small holes into the cover which will eventually develop into larger rips. Please save your money on this one and spend a little more to get a better quality cover that will last. This one is not worth the money!

I wasn't quite happy with this when the wind pulled it up & it fell into the pool. I am unable to pull it back up easily.

Bought a 24’ cover for a 22’ pool. It is in actuality a 28’ cover and wraps with plenty extra. I bought larger than necessary but could have gotten away with one smaller yet this was a great deal regardless. I use as an every day cover but it is intended for winter coverage. Comes with a winch and cable for tightening. I may switch that out for a vinyl rope just for the daily benefits
