All my surface scratches were made by 2500 grit sandpaper. (wet sanded, not dry) This is considered a VERY minimal scratch depth. The first phot is the before. The second is after 1 hour of hand rubbing until my latex gloves tore. Than I tried attaching the (magic cloth) to battery operated drill and went in circular motion with mild pressure. As you can tell by the pix it just made the scratches shiny. 1.75 HOURS total. It's not like I just gave up.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT DOES EXCEPT GET UR PAINT DIRTY, DEFINITELY DOESNT REMOVE ANYTHING. EVEN THE LIGHTEST OF SCRATCHS IT IS A JOKE!!! BUY A ELECTRIC BUFFER AND SOME BUFFING COMPOUND. DONT BUY THIS. The rating should be 0 not 1

It would have been nice for this to actually do something, and there were some good reviews, all from vine recipients of a free product.

But I can also attest this thing doesn't work at all!

I followed the directions and this didn’t work at all on scratches or a scrape. In fact, rubbing compound worked better on the scrape.
