I know this is marketed for "kids", but it works for me and I'm not a kid. It goes in my car, or while I'm hanging out in the backyard, or just sitting watching TV. I don't mind filling it since it doesn't hold a lot, I need the steps. The best use I have found for this is on my nightstand. I have to take thyroid medication early in the morning (before I'm really awake), and I've knocked over far too many cups of water fumbling around without my contacts in. This works perfectly, has a small footprint, and it leakproof if the sipper thing is closed. I already had one and couldn't find the straw, so ordered this Daybreak Yellow one so I have one in use and one being cleaned. It arrived wrapped in a plastic bag, and in a bubble wrap envelope. Also came with an extra straw. No dents, and it looks new to me. Very happy with the purchase and it arrived the next day and I ordered it around midnight! thanks, Amazon
