The quality is great. Yes, it was wrinkled when it arrived, but not sure what people expect when they get clothing shipped. That's why irons were invented.

The pattern is very pretty. I ordered a size up to make sure the petticoat fit nicely underneath. I do recommend adding a petticoat.

The apron tie is nice and long so you can wear it traditionally tied in front.

Some reviews said the shirt barely fit over the boobs... I could see that if you are large up top. If you're small or medium, I don't see this being an issue.

I ordered two drindls to try out and ended up returning this one for a couple of reasons: the color wasn't quite what I wanted, some of the materials were a bit cheaper looking, and the fit was just slightly off for me.
It's a decent drindl for the price. It's not a costume but it's not quite the quality of 'real' clothes. The grommets on the front and the embroidery are nice. The blouse is a proper drindl blouse and I was happy the sleeves weren't too tight and the high collar was kind of cool. I very much could have worn this if I hadn't liked the other one more.
On sizing, I bought a Large and I'm 5'2 and 150 and usually an 8-10. This was a bit big around the waist, but the cut of the arm holes on the drindle made it look tighter up top than it was, which I found a little odd.
Like every other mid-range drindl I've seen, the apron is almost a joke. It'll work for a casual event, but if you plan on hanging out with real Germans, I'd recommend either jazzing it up somehow or using a different one.

I was pleasantly surprised at how cute this dirndl dress looks on me. It’s so cute and flattering. I’m really glad I purchased it for wurstfest. It runs pretty small, I usually wear a small or a medium and I ended up getting a large in this dress and I’m glad I did the small or medium would’ve been too small I am 5‘6“ 138 pounds and 34D. Hope this helps you with the sizing.

The outfit was beautifully made and the colors were vibrant. As recommended, I ordered a size larger than usual, which worked OK. What didn't work for me is the overall length of the dress - it seemed to be made for a shorter person - I am 5'6" and the waistline sat about 3-4 inches above mine.

Regretfully, I am returning.

I got this dress for a costume party. Its so nice! Fits well, nicely made. Good fabric and embroidery. I keep trying to work out how I could wear it in a non costume situation. Maybe with a different blouse...

The white shirt is separate from the dress (as it should be!) but know that it’s not a full shirt, simply covering your breasts…& it’s actually way more comfortable fit this way than if it was a full shirt. Got lots of compliments…looking fwd wearing it again at the next Oktoberfest!
