The product itself is well constructed and has everything you need to hang the candles. Note that each candle will require a AAA battery. My wand didn’t work so I reached out directly to the seller and they were extremely communicative and sent me a replacement right away (which worked as expected).

Overall good experience, would buy from them again.

Well, I just thought these were so cute when I put them up but BEWARE there are a lot of problems with these:
1. One of the candles were faulty and didn’t work. I got a partial refund for this since there was no way I was going to pull them all down for one because…
2. Holy hell this was time consuming. 1 triple A battery for every candle, then less the thread onto the hooks, then put the stickers on the hooks themselves, THEN spend time placing each and every one. Took me 2 hours and I had help
3. The wand is faulty. It is light and cheap and sometimes the lights go on and in my case my lights just refused to go off and you know at this point I’m not about to turn them off by unscrewing every candle.
4. Lastly I have over a $150 worth of damage to my ceiling because the stickers are not like command tape. Over time the candles were dropping on the floor and with it the paint. I’m so upset.

Cute idea, but this invention needs more work and quality control. A chandelier would’ve been smarter. This just isn’t it.

Love these for Halloween, they are nice and bright, fun and easy to hang, however do not hang on your ceiling with the glue dot.

They look super cool but when I went to take them down they damaged the ceiling. I followed instructions and was super gentle, but paint and some drywall was stuck to the plastic mounts. Be careful when you install and remove.

They are super cool and I hung them in my living room around Halloween. Make sure you have a decent of amount of time to put these up this btw lol, like at least an hour. They were all good for a few weeks, until almost like all at once half of them wouldn’t turn on. I got the ladder and replaced the batteries and they were working fine again. Few days later, the same ones I just replaced the batteries on were out again. Either they are using way too much of the battery life quickly or they just decided to stop working. Either way, I’m not about to be up and down the ladder to replace all the aaa batteries all the ties. And a few of them have been running fine the whole time without battery replacement. So it’s hard to say, guess they’re hit or miss. Them being cheap is probably for a reason so they crap out on you and you buy another set which I probably will next year lol. What was I really expecting for $20 or so. Gave 4/5 although I’d more call it a 3.5/5

This was probably my favorite purchase for Halloween this year! We loved these and for the price, just amazing!! I want to buy more to add to for next year! The wand was fun to use, I felt like a kid again! My son loved them and to watch them cut on and off!
1 complaint- there was one candle that just kept cutting on, on its own, it would randomly cut on and it ran the battery dead in it, so that was frustrating!

They came with string attached to them to make hanging easy
Really a fun decoration

The product itself is great and I love it. Although, the wand does not work therefore I cannot shut them off. I’ve been seeing reviews about contacting customer service and getting sent a new one, although I’m not seeing an option for that. Can anyone help me?
