 I have a Voodoo Labs Dingbat Small-EX Pedalboard that I’ve owned for about a year and a half now, and I’ve been traveling and playing gigs with it quite frequently ever since. The soft case that came with it was starting to rip, which left me quite disappointed with the longevity and quality of the case. Instead of getting another soft case, I decided that I wanted to get a hard case for my pedalboard. Voodoo Labs unfortunately does not make any hard cases for their pedalboards. After searching around online, I found this hard case that fits my pedalboard just perfectly! It’s great that they provide the customizable foam pieces so you can fit whatever you’re storing nice and snug. This case does not come with adhesive/tape, so I used “3M Scotch Extreme Double-Sided Mounting Tape” to hold the foam pieces to the sides of the case, which so far has help up great! The case itself is made of thick and durable plastic. The latches are also very secure. I am confident that this case will hold up for a very long time, and keep my pedalboard safe from damage.

This orange monster case lol is very sturdy. I bought for 600.00 meta quest 3 and it has protected it wonderfully. My only thing is where do you get replacement foam?

This case is very strong. It is heavy given it is made of thick strong materials (though certainly lighter than a metal equivalent). It is latchable. It is lockable via plastic locking tabs molded into the body. It comes with a foam insert that allows it to be customized for whatever sort of fragile or valuable item you are looking to store/transport in it. Compared to similar cases, it is a little stronger, a little heavier, and a bit cheaper. So overall it is a good value. I haven't tried to submerge it, and don't plan to, so I don't have any information on whether it would be waterproof. It looks like it is designed to resist water for at least a little while (it has a rubber gasket). I'm sure it would float. The box is easily carriable via the handle. My only knock is that the lock tabs are not reinforced with metal. It's not a big deal for me as I am not using it for a purpose where someone would work on the case for some time to break into it. But that could be a concern for some and I've seen lesser boxes (an in fact I have one) that did have metal reinforced lock tabs. For a case of this size, quality and weight, it would have been consistent with its design to beef up the security of its lockability. Still breaking the plastic tabs would be no easy job so its pretty secure for most applications. Recommended.

This case is excellent, and the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the foam inside the case. Granted this is my first larger case with the foam in cubes that need to be pulled out. It doesn't give a very nice finish inside and various cubes have started to come apart. I had to use some double sided tape to hold the foam to the case when it is standing up empty.

Apart from the foam, the case is very sturdy, closes well and seems to be quite sturdy so far. We've just been through a grueling trip and the equipment was removed and reloaded everyday and everything held well, except for the sagging foam. I do like the fact the foam came in two layers as some of my equipment only needed the top part of the foam to be removed.

I'll look for a solution for the foam, but for now it's doing fine.

My son is a budding photographer... Now he can travel with his camera, without the worry of damage in transit. Sturdy, secure (lockable with smaller padlock or locks(2). Large enough of camera body, macro, standard, and telephoto lens.

I placed my camera lens in this case. Easy to use. The apperance and protection is above my expectations. Has good handle and also loops to add locks. Easy to moved around. You can definitely use this case for other items.
