These seeds are amazing! I’ve lost so much belly fat, no weight, but I’m looking and feeling so much better, and this is so easy! I pour about 1/8 of a teaspoon of seeds in about 12 ozs of water and wait 30 minutes. This allows them to absorb water. Then I drink them and that’s it! I take them in the morning before I eat anything. They’re tasteless and odorless. Some side effects though are gas and constipation so I recommend trying them on a day off. On day 3 my stomach had gone down and I had no problem getting into my jeans. I would recommend them to everyone but I have read that there is a risk of prostate cancer to men. I would check with your doctor. This bag will last you quite awhile depending on how much u decide to use. I would start out small. I don’t have a problem swallowing water with small balls of gel. Hope you don’t either because this really works. No exercise needed. I’m disabled.

My local, small, grocery, doesn't carry these so I either have to drive 3 towns over to the larger grocery or 25 miles to where the big-box stores and mega grocery stores are located. Great to find these on Amazon, and pleased that the product was fresh. I bake multi-grain bread for our local food pantry and follow the prescribed recipe which calls for chia seeds. This package should get me through about 8 months of baking!

There’s nothing that I don’t like about this product. The packaging is perfect for opening and closing to serve just the right size portion and seal the bag to keep the seeds fresh. It’s a great way to add protein to just about any meal.
